Spring time is in the air because the Hunter's Auto Expo is here! I have been covering the Hunter's Show for three years now at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds and I have to say that it is one of my favorite shows. This year there were a bunch of new rides in the show, contrary to popular belief that the Hunter's Show has mainly repeat offenders. Don't get us wrong , the regulars showed their faces as well, but there were also a lot of unfamiliar new rides as well.
I am not really a fan of indoor auto shows, but I have always liked covering the Hunter's Show. Hunter's always has a few surprises and this year one of the surprises was the attendance of two cars in the main lobby that were in the movie Too Fast Too Furious. Also, APC was on hand showing off some of their new products and we must not forget one of our favorite show features... The Texas Bikini Team.
ESM spent about five hours covering this show due to the high volume of traffic in and around the cars, but we enjoyed every minute of it. We estimate that there were at least 300+ vehicles in attendance and that is not counting the horde of customs on the outside of the show in the parking lot!
The Hunter's Show is a fun show to attend and we enjoy it every year. So, if you are ever in the Nashville, TN area during the first weekend in March, you should make arrangements to go see this event. Hey, you never know, you just might catch us there! |
