A small town that actually likes mini-truckers! Yep, you guessed it... the infamous Heritage Show has returned. It isn't too often that you find a cop friendly town that embraces the mini-truckin' lifestyle... at least a little bit. Nestled in the heart of the Kentucky mining industry is the town of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Not too much to see or do in such a small town in the first place so why not have a truck show that encourages draggin' ass on the local streets? We say.. hell yeah! ESM arrived late Friday evening and figured most would be sleeping in preparation for the Saturday show-n-shine spectacle, but we could have never been more wrong. We met the show promoter, Lee Michael Caudil, and he advised us that "...man they were draggin' til' 5a.m.- it was real." Unfortunately, we had camera equipment failure on Saturday along with some transportation issues, so ESM missed out on the drag session, but we do have plenty of show-n-shine coverage to satisfy your appetite.
