Southern Slam Session 4 returned again during the 2007 show season and was held at the James E. Bruce Conference Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This show is presented by the Hopkinsville, Kentucky Chapter of the Vaperz Custom Auto Club, which proves even a small southern town, can hang with the big boys! What is really cool is that every year the small town of Hopkinsville becomes known t show participants as "DROP-kinsville." With legal draggin' I can assure you "Drop-kinsville" was rail-city central!

There were several other events that made this show special, but the most exclusive of such events was the bikini contest. Other events included the SPL contest, show & shine, drinking contest, and wheel throwing contest.

The weather was very cooperative this year and everyone that attended had a very good time socializing with friends and other custom auto enthusiasts. If you are a mini-truck owner and you like to drag, this is the event for you! Mark you calendars for the fifth annual show to be held July 25-27, 2008 in Oakgrove, Kentucky. Until then...
