This year, not only did Havoc have a change in venue, it also had a couple changes in format from an indoor show to an outdoor show and from a single event to a two-part show series (Havoc West & Havoc East). The Havoc West show was held at Lake Havasu, Arizona and Havoc East was held in the heart of Corvette Land in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Beech Bend Raceway Park. Truck owners took over the small college town and filled up the hotels to maximum capacity on the weekend of August 11-12, 2007 for the Havoc East all-truck show.

Sponsored by GM, this year the show nearly doubled in size, which was a surprise considering the venue moved 100+ miles south of the original location. The venue included such events as a show-n-shine event, bikini contest that offered a $1,000 payout, railin' (draggin') contest, burnout contest, and live music. One of the coolest things about this particular venue is that it features a dragstrip, so participants could run their trucks down the quarter-mile track all weekend long. In addition to all of those events, Sport Truck Magazine also held its annual Sport Truck Challenge on the paved 1/3-mile oval track.
